Want to know what to eat on the HCG Diet program? Take it from the creators of the weight-loss program themselves. On the HCGdiet.com Facebook page, they recommended HCG dieters try a yummy strawberry-orange smoothie that sneaks in a veggie too:
Blend 1 cup frozen or fresh strawberries, 1/2 orange or 1/3 cup real orange juice (not from concentrate), 3/4 crushed ice, 1/2 dropper full or one packet of stevia, and 1 handful frozen spinach leaves (optional–you won’t be able to taste it).
